Event Series Event Series: TRUTH AND ILLUSION

A Seven Week Book Study to Engaging in Our Own Conscious Evolution

Led by Rev. Carol E. Richardson

Have you wondered how human beings can be so divided over truth in politics, religion, and life?  If you’re feeling discouraged about the current state of humanity’s collective spiritual evolution, then this book study is for you!

Please join Rev. Carol Richardson as we read and discuss the award-winning book Truth and Illusion: The Politics of Spirituality and How One Person’s Lie Is Another One’s Truth,

Rev. Carol will lead us through discussions and exercises that will help us to:

  • Explore our chakras as ourselves, as our guides to our sense of truth, and as our path forward towards God.
  • Take chakra inventories to help us understand ourselves and others (like our partners) better.
  • Practice chakra-based meditation techniques to cultivate our own spiritual evolution.
  • Discuss contemporary politics that will help us understand the historical spiritual developments and hindrances that got us here.
  • We will close each week with the Harmony Circle.

When: Mondays, June 10 to July 22, 2024 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm

Where: Unity’s Sanctuary
