Meditation

Unity’s fourth principle is the practice of prayer and meditation. Whether it’s mid-day meditation, movement, heart-centered practice or a more in-depth retreat experience, discover the many opportunities to support your practice here.

God gives freely; it is for us to keep the receiving channels open, to keep attuned to the realities so that this intellect of ours does not take us out among the limited ideas of the world…have a regular period of stillness when the soul may gather sustaining power and restoring life. Myrtle Fillmore, co-founder of Unity

Noon Meditation

Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday – In the Sanctuary and via Zoom
During the 30-minute noon meditation in the Sanctuary and via Zoom, those in attendance pray together for all on Unity’s prayer list, for heartfelt intentions of those present, and for the world. There is guided meditation led by Rev. Kristin and staff members, silent meditation and upliftment of the Daily Word. If you have a need for private individual prayer, someone will remain afterward to pray with you.

WeAddHeart

At noon meditation on the fourth Wednesday of each month, we join groups across the world to collectively experience a simple, powerful heart-focused meditation to improve our personal health and happiness. We connect with the hearts of others and play our part in raising social and global consciousness.

Awakened World Prayer Circle

Noon meditation each Thursday is followed by a 15-minute Awakened World Prayer Circle. Nations and specific issues on our hearts are lifted into Divine Light – and our own hearts are lightened in the process.

Sheng Zhen QiGong – Meditation in Motion & Stillness

Tuesdays at 11 am – via Zoom
The qigong of unconditional love, this practice is a simple, profound movement and meditation that is accessible to all. Taught by seasoned instructor, Alison Tucker.
